Tip! If I file for bankruptcy now, I will never be able to file again.
It seems that some people do not recognize that despite some unpleasant aftereffects, bankruptcy is truly a “fresh start.”
Instead of being satisfied with the benefits they receive some people remain unhappy.

“Why does it take attorney’s six or more weeks to discharge a chapter 13?
Why do apartment leasers hold a bankruptcy against you when I don’t see how you could add apartment rent onto your bankruptcy?

If you have tried every way imaginable to avoid bankruptcy but find that you have no other way out of the situation, the first step you should take before filing is to consult with a bankruptcy attorney. A bankruptcy attorney can be hired or appointed by the court systems to help you through the court proceedings. If you decide to select your own attorney, make sure to select someone with previous experience in bankruptcy law, preferably someone who works specifically with bankruptcy.

What is our main purpose in life? Is it to be happy or to be successful. For a lot of people, there is no difference between the two. We seem to define ourselves by what we own instead of who we are, as if success makes us better people. Some people go to such extremes to be successful, that they end up neglecting their marriage, their children and even their health. And for some people, illegal activity is worth the risk, it if brings them the success they want.
